We are seeking a UI/UX designer to design and develop intuitive, user-centered experiences for AI-powered applications, agents, employee portals, and digital workplace solutions.
The designer will partner with our GenAI tech lead and developers to create engaging, accessible, and scalable user experiences that drive adoption and business value.
Key responsibilities:
-Design user experiences, workflows, and interfaces for AI-powered solutions
-Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and design specifications -Develop responsive front-end applications and reusable UI components
-Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive experiences -Conduct usability testing and incorpoate feedback into designs
-Ensure solutions meet accessibility, branding, and user experience standards
TECHNICAL SKILLS
Must Have Accessibility Standards Design Systems Responsive and mobile-first design UI/UX Design User-Centered Design (UCC) User Research Wireframing Nice To Have Data visualization and dashboard design Figma or similar design tools
Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
