Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support production employees to ensure safe, efficient operations
- Coordinate daily production activities and monitor workflow to meet production goals
- Train, coach, and develop team members while promoting accountability and performance
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures
- Monitor equipment and production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions as needed
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate updates to management
- Collaborate with plant leadership and other departments to support overall plant performance
