We are seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to join our team as a foundation general laborer. In this role, you will support foundation construction activities through a variety of hands-on tasks that help keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys physical work, takes direction well, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
- Assist with foundation construction tasks, including site preparation, cleanup, and general labor support.
- Support Heavy Construction Equipment Operators.
- Perform form setup, rebar placement, concrete-related tasks, and other project needs as directed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced team members to complete assigned tasks accurately.
- Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and responsibly.
- Help with demolition, excavation support, backfill, grading, and related foundation work as needed.
- Identify and report unsafe conditions, equipment concerns, or project issues promptly.
- Prior construction or general labor experience is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, bending, standing, and moving throughout the workday.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety procedures.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and construction site practices is a plus.
