Compensation : $30 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Summary: This is a leadership role in which this individual is expected to mentor, coach, develop, and lead our porter crew. This is an active supervisor position in which the individual will also be assisting in and coordinating the work of others to complete the required. This person will be responsible for coordinating chores, breaks, lunches, and daily/weekly meetings. This individual will report all disciplinary issues that need to be addressed after coaching to the service manager.

Duties:
- Coaching, guiding, and mentoring porters
- Training new porters on the crew
- Assigning tasks and coordinating workflow
- Coordinating and monitoring breaks, lunches, and notifying the service manager of any schedule changes
- Greet guests immediately upon arrival
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Facilitating the check-in at the vehicle with an iPad
- Scanning the VIN in the door jamb
- Performing a video walk-around inspection of each vehicle checking in
- Tagging keys and vehicle for the appropriate team
- Escorting guests to relevant personnel and departments
- Cleaning the interiors and exteriors of vehicles
- Inspect and follow the floor mat recall procedures
- Placing protective covers on the driver’s floorboard
- Moving vehicles as needed to different locations on the auto dealership lot
- Performing an active vehicle delivery for clients checking out
- Valeting vehicles to and from the dealership
- Shuttling guests
- Performing opening and closing duties as assigned
- Cleaning the dealership parking lot, including picking up trash and removing snow or ice
- Running errands for the Service department
- Perform straightforward tasks
- Address guest inquiries with helpful information
- Maintain a professional image at all times
- Handle baggage and items for guests
- Ensure equipment and facilities are safe, clean, and organized
- Report any safety concerns or violations to superiors
