What You’ll Do
- Educate and guide patients through treatment with clarity, empathy & confidence
- Diagnose and treatment plan full mouth rehabilitations including dentures, over-dentures and All-on-X using CBCT and digital workflows
- Take accurate traditional and digital records, and oversee all phases of prosthetic delivery - including temps, try-ins, and finals
- Conduct follow-ups to refine restorations and ensure long-term satisfaction
- Collaborate with surgeon partners on pre-op planning and provide intraoperative prosthetic guidance
- Build great relationships with patients and teammates in a positive, fast-paced clinical environment
What You Bring
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school, Certificate in Prosthodontics preferred
- 5+ years experience with proven skills in removable prosthodontics, implants and full-arch restorations (All-on-X)
- Active, unrestricted Florida dental license, DEA registration and BLS certification
- Comfortable with digital workflows and CBCT-based planning
- A team-first attitude and a genuine passion for full-arch restorative dentistry
Compensation & Growth
- Compensation: 35% of adjusted production with an initial daily guarantee
- Earnings Potential: Year 2 expected to exceed $300,000+
