Restaurant General Manager | $55,000–$70,000 + Bonus Potential
We’re seeking an experienced, people-focused General Manager to lead a high-performing restaurant team. What You’ll Own
As General Manager, you’ll take ownership of the restaurant’s people, performance, culture, and day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Lead consistent execution of brand and operational standards
- Build, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing team
- Identify and develop future leaders within the restaurant
- Drive same-store sales growth and overall restaurant performance
- Manage labor, COGS, controllable expenses, and other key financial targets
- Maintain strong front-of-house and back-of-house execution
- Drive line speed and operational efficiency
- Own the overall guest experience, including customer service and reviews
- Ensure food quality and proper food-handling procedures
- Maintain exceptional restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and security
- Review and manage weekly employee schedules
- Lead weekly meetings with key restaurant leaders
- Complete required reporting, staffing plans, ordering, and inventory
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed
- Create a positive, accountable, growth-oriented team culture
What We’re Looking For
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of management experience, preferably in restaurant or food-service operations
- Experience leading teams of up to approximately 40 team members
- Proven success developing and promoting team members
- Strong ability to identify, coach, and develop talent
- Comfortable making difficult personnel and performance decisions
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to complete required training and certifications
- Regular and predictable attendance

Physical & Working Requirements
This position requires the ability to stand and work for extended periods; bend, stoop, kneel, and use stairs; and lift up to 50 pounds. The role may involve outdoor work in varying weather conditions, extended computer use, and occasional business travel. Candidates must be able to perform effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
