Infant Room Assistant (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
East Coast Christian Academy is seeking a caring, dependable, and nurturing Infant Room Assistant to join our Christ-centered early childhood team.
We are looking for someone who has a heart for serving children and families and is committed to providing a safe, loving, and faith-filled environment for our infants.
Position Details
- Position: Infant Room Assistant
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Preferred Qualifications
- 45 DCF training hours completed (preferred, but not required).
- Applicants who have not yet completed the 45 DCF hours are welcome to apply and will be expected to complete the required training within the first year of employment.
- Experience caring for infants is a plus.
- Reliable, compassionate, and able to work well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in providing loving, attentive care for infants.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom.
- Support the lead teacher with daily routines, activities, feeding, diapering, and comforting infants.
- Foster a nurturing, Christ-centered environment where every child is loved and cared for.
