Overview
Help with daily operations with live poultry egg production.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Coordinate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other equipment to support assembly line tasks and warehouse functions
- Monitor the assembly process, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and implement solutions to minimize downtime
- Lead safety protocols by conducting regular inspections, enforcing proper use of personal protective equipment, and fostering a safety-first culture
- Train new employees on manufacturing procedures, equipment operation, and workplace safety practices
- Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications
- Proven factory experience in a manufacturing environment with hands-on assembly line work
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly
- Experience operating forklifts, hand tools, power tools, and other warehouse machinery
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively across departments
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed in a fast-paced setting

Pay: $49,370.46 - $59,456.90 per year
