Titan Physical Therapy is an established private outpatient orthopedic practice in the Mar Vista / Culver City area seeking an experienced Part-Time Physical Therapy Tech / Rehab Aide to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, motivated, and personable team member who can help support both our clinical staff and front office operations in a fast-paced orthopedic setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking paid healthcare experience and hands-on exposure to outpatient physical therapy while pursuing a future career. We are currently in greatest need of coverage on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with the potential for Saturday morning hours and additional hours as the clinic grows.
Our patient population primarily includes orthopedic and sports-related injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, workers’ compensation, Medicare patients, and cash-based fitness/wellness clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist physical therapists with patient set-up, treatment flow, and exercise supervision
- Help with treatment modalities and general patient care support
- Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment between patients
- Assist with front office duties including:
- Answering phone calls
- Scheduling patients and taking appointments
- Calling patients regarding appointments
- Assisting with patient intake paperwork and insurance verification
- Helping with insurance authorizations and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, organization, laundry, and adequate stock of supplies
- Assist with upkeep of the office, gym equipment, and overall clinic operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a physical therapy tech, rehab aide, or physical therapy aide
- Friendly, professional, energetic, and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a busy outpatient orthopedic environment
- Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree (AA), or Physical Therapy Aide Certification preferred
- Kinesiology, exercise science, physiology, or other pre-health background is a plus
- CPR certification is a plus
- Licensed massage therapist applicants may have the opportunity for additional hours

Compensation
$19–$21/hour, depending on experience, qualifications, availability, and ability to contribute in both clinical and front office roles.
