Hans-Mill Corp. is a growing manufacturing company specializing in plastic injection molding and e-commerce distribution. We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee shipping, receiving, and e-commerce fulfillment operations.
Position Overview
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, and e-commerce order fulfillment. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory, fulfillment)

Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling and performance

Ensure timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments

Oversee e-commerce fulfillment (pick, pack, ship and return processing) and meet order deadlines

Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts

Coordinate with production and purchasing teams to align inventory needs

Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Ensure compliance with safety standards and warehouse best practices
Qualifications

3+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience

Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory

Familiarity with e-commerce order fulfillment
-
Experience with Walmart Retail Link and other grocery distributor systems is highly preferred

Comfortable working in a hands-on role (not office-only)

Forklift experience preferred

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

Knowledge of Chinese language preferred

Reporting their KPIs.
