Location: Rum Cakes Factory
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours Per Week

- Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 P

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Bakery Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily bakery operations, food preparation, customer service, cleaning, and maintaining a well-organized workspace. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with baking, decorating, and packaging cakes, cupcakes, cookies, pies, and other baked goods.
- Prepare ingredients and maintain inventory of supplies.
- Keep workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas clean and sanitized.
- Assist with order preparation and fulfillment.
- Help with receiving and organizing deliveries.
- Provide excellent customer service when assisting customers in-store or by phone.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support the bakery team with daily production tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous bakery, kitchen, or food service experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
