What You'll Be Doing:
- Engaging with qualified leads and helping them find the perfect limited medical health insurance policy that fits their needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to keep them coming back.
- Closing sales like a pro and hitting weekly targets with commission-based rewards.
- Working collaboratively with a dynamic, high-energy team that celebrates your success.
What We’re Looking For:
- At Least 1 year of Commission phone sales experience
- Proven sales experience working in another Commission only environment is Required (insurance sales experience is a bonus).
- A passionate self-starter who loves connecting with people and sealing the deal.
- Strong communication skills and the drive to crush your sales goals every week.
- A team player who can also thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Weekends are yours to enjoy!
