We’re looking for a nurse who knows that the first impression matters.
Mountain View Health & Rehabilitation is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and confident Admissions Nurse to join our team.
As an Admissions Nurse, you’ll play a critical role in welcoming new residents to Mountain View and helping ensure they have a smooth, safe transition into our care. You’ll work closely with residents, families, hospitals, providers, and our interdisciplinary team to make sure every admission starts on the right foot.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete nursing assessments for new admissions
- Review clinical information and orders
- Coordinate with hospitals, providers, families, and the Mountain View team
- Help develop individualized plans of care
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Identify changes or concerns and communicate them appropriately
- Help residents and families feel welcomed, informed, and supported
- Work closely with nursing, therapy, social services, dietary, and other departments
