We are looking for a Front of House (FOH) Manager with strong leadership and people skills with a passion for the restaurant industry to become an integral part of our team!
To be successful in this role, you should be able to manage our FOH staff and guide them to deliver quality service to our guests. Ultimately, you will ensure all functions of service (seating, serving, etc.) are operating at the highest level of excellence and ensure that our customers have a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring, training, and ongoing development of all FOH employees.
- Create and manage schedules for all FOH employees.
- Manage liquor inventory to ensure proper levels are maintained and policy is being followed.
- Responsible for selecting and ordering all alcohol, beer, wine, and bar supplies.
- Create daily / weekly FOH cleaning procedures and verify that all employees are trained and maintaining standards.
- Handle all guest concerns by email, phone, or in person.
- Implement systems to ensure FOH labor, bar cost and supply budgets are consistently met.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and positive work environment for all employees.
- Take direction and feedback from Campus General Manager and assist with all necessary duties of Notes Eatery.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Front of House Service Manager, Restaurant Manager or Head Chef.
- Hands-on experience with planning menus and ordering ingredients.
- Knowledge of a wide range of recipes.
- Proficiency in expediting orders.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Productive conflict management abilities.
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment.
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends.
- Experience with bar accounting and inventory is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be at least 21 years of age.
· Must be available to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
· Must be able to perform the essential physical functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.)
· Must be able to perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching with hands and arms, and using fingers and wrists for extended periods (up to 8–10 hours per shift).
· Must be able to communicate effectively, including speaking and hearing in a busy kitchen environment.
· Must be able to lift and transport up to 50 pounds on occasion.
· Must be able to tolerate and work in various kitchen environments, including:
- High temperatures and humidity near cooking equipment (e.g., ovens, grills, fryers)
- Cold conditions in walk-in coolers and freezers
- Noisy, fast-paced environments with frequent interruptions

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
