At Rock Creek, we believe that every shift—especially nights—matters deeply. When the world slows down, we step up to ensure our residents are safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for.
Deliver compassionate, professional nursing care during the NOC shift.
Monitor residents, administer medications, and respond to overnight needs.
Support CNAs and work closely with the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Complete clear and accurate documentation throughout the shift.
Be a calm and reassuring presence for residents and fellow night staff.
A Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing with the State of California.
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive night team.
Strong clinical and communication skills—and a love for helping others.
Competitive Pay: $38–$42/hour based on experience.
