Our Licensed Service Plumbers are responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems and guiding customers to informed and confident buying decisions.

Job Responsibilities
- Run on average 4-5 residential service calls daily
- Accurately troubleshoot, diagnose and repair residential plumbing equipment
- Present tailored solutions that align with each customer’s needs
- Deliver 5-star service while maintaining a professional, courteous, and authentic demeanor
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with team members
- Participate in ongoing training to support professional growth and skill development
- Keep company vehicle clean and organized, both inside and out
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: On-target earnings up to $150,000/annually (eligible for overtime over 40 hours/week)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday

Requirements
- Plumbing License is required
- 3+ years of residential service plumbing is highly preferred
- Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.
- Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.
- Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.
