What You’ll Do
You’ll set up and operate power presses to mold SMC materials into high-performance electrical enclosures — ensuring every part meets our exacting quality standards.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Measuring and preparing materials for each production run
- Removing and finishing flash from molded parts
- Inspecting each part for accuracy and quality
- Performing basic drilling and tapping
- Cleaning and prepping finished parts for shipping
- Making small machine adjustments to keep production running smoothly
- Maintaining accurate inventory and documentation
- Following ISO 9001 procedures and safety standards

- Strong mechanical or hands-on production experience
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and grow with a stable company
Prior press or molding experience is helpful but not required — we’ll train the right person with the right attitude!
