American Traveler seeks a Radiation Therapist with WA State license, ARRT, and 1+ year of experience for an outpatient Radiation Oncology position requiring Varian TrueBeam and Aria EMR proficiency.

Outpatient radiation oncology facility with 2 treatment rooms in Yakima, WA

Adult-only patient population receiving radiation and medical oncology treatment

Advanced therapy modalities include SBRT, SRS, DIBH, IMRT, and IGRT
-
CT simulation and patient positioning are core components of the role
-
Uses Varian Linear Accelerator TrueBeam machine
-
Uses Aria for EMR/charting
-
Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm schedule
-
No floating or on-call requirements
-
No holiday coverage required
-
Active WA State Radiation Therapist license required if applicable

Current ARRT and BLS certifications required
-
Minimum 1 year of radiation therapy experience required; 2+ years preferred

Hands-on experience with Varian Linear Accelerator TrueBeam required
-
Aria EMR experience required

Proficiency in CT simulation, patient positioning, tattoo placement, and chart interpretation

Ability to accurately interpret and execute radiation treatment plans

Deliver radiation therapy treatments using a range of advanced modalities including SBRT, SRS, DIBH, IMRT, and IGRT
-
Facility is located approximately 10 minutes from Yakima Memorial Hospital
-
Any solid scrub color is acceptable
-
Two professional references required prior to start; one reference may be submitted at time of consideration

References must be from a supervisor or above (Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, etc.)
