Physical Requirements
Must be able to crawl, climb, bend, squat, kneal, push and pull. Will work/walk on uneven surfaces and must be comfortable working in hot, cold, and closed environments. Must be able to lift and transfer a minimum of 75 pounds on a regular basis
Minimum Qualifications
H.S Diploma or Equivalent preferred
Ability to follow directions verbal or written
Effective problem solver
Good people skills
Knowledge and ability to use hand /power tools
Valid driver's license with the possibility of driving a company vehicle on occasion
Job Duties
- Safely handle and deliver household appliances, maintaining a low percentage of merchandise and property damage
- Install and hookup household appliances per company policy, abiding by all state and local code requirements
- Maintain safety standards
- Unload appliances from trucks
- Unpack appliances
- Maintain general housekeeping in warehouse
- Work to ensure a positive experience for all customers
- Facilitate timely and efficient deliveries
- Address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner in keeping with the mission and values of Spichers
- Work with all employees to ensure the customer has a great experience working with Spichers
Pay: $17.00 per hour
