Responsibilities:
As a Massage Therapist, you'll help clients improve their overall well-being through personalized therapeutic treatments while working in a supportive, therapist-focused environment designed for long-term career success.

Provide exceptional massage therapy services tailored to each client's individual needs and wellness goals

Conduct client consultations, review health histories, and recommend appropriate treatment plans

Maintain accurate and timely client session notes in accordance with company policies and state regulations

Create a welcoming, professional, and therapeutic experience for every client

Educate clients on self-care practices and wellness recommendations to support treatment outcomes

Uphold the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and professional ethics

Communicate effectively with clients and team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Support a positive, collaborative team culture focused on client care and therapist well-being
Qualifications:
Qualifications

Must have completed (or in the process of completing) a Massage Therapist program

Must hold or be in the process of obtaining a license or certification.

Must be fully licensed/certified to perform Massage Therapy prior to performing sessions at the studio.

We love to speak with students, inexperienced, and experienced massage therapists with a wide variety of experience from private, medical massage therapy, resort spa / medical spa experience, and much more.
