Aviation ABA is hiring a Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team at our South Salt Lake clinic. We’re looking for a passionate clinician who is excited to provide high-quality ABA services in a supportive, collaborative, and center-based setting.
This Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is primarily based in our clinic and includes direct clinical oversight, parent collaboration, and supervision of RBTs within the center. We also welcome flexibility for occasional in-home support throughoutour in home services.
At Aviation ABA, we take a boutique approach to ABA therapy with a strong focus on clinical quality, manageable caseloads, and meaningful outcomes for children and families.
Part-Time: $70–$85 per hour
Full-Time: $75,000–$95,000 annually

As a Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Aviation ABA, you will:
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and progress evaluations
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Oversee a clinic-based caseload and provide direct clinical guidance
Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Lead parent training and caregiver collaboration sessions
Analyze client progress and adjust programming based on data
Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and required documentation
Collaborate closely with clinic leadership and families
Support a positive and engaging clinic culture
Provide occasional in-home clinical support throughout Salt Lake County as needed
The Center-Based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) plays a key role in maintaining high clinical standards while helping children make meaningful progress in a center-based environment.
Current BCBA certification
Active Utah LBA or eligibility to obtain licensure
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and clinical teams
Experience working in a center-based ABA setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Willingness to provide occasional in-home support
