Compensation
You keep 100 percent of your commission on every self-procured transaction. There is a flat $797 transaction fee due per closing, plus a separate $77 E&O insurance fee — $874 total per closing. No monthly technology fee. No annual fee. No fee to join. The math is simple: the less you close, the less you pay. The more you close, the more you keep, because there is no split eating into your production.
