Learning Tree, LLC Educational Child Care Center is child care facility in Janesville with growing enrollment. Join our talented team, dedicated to making a positive difference in young learners by providing high-quality child care and early education. Learning Tree is seeking enthusiastic individuals to support the emotional, social, cognitive and physical development of children 6 weeks to 12 years old.
We look forward to meeting candidates who are highly motivated, passionate about early education and have the following qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or a relevant field, or in the process of obtaining a degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field.
- Experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- Lead teacher certification
- Wisconsin Registry Certification Level Seven or higher, or ability to obtain upon placement
- CPR and First Aid Certified, or be willing to obtain
- Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Effective communication skills with families
- Excellent organization skills
- Positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
