Responsibilities of a Fast Food Team Member
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take accurate food orders, and provide excellent service with a positive attitude.
- Food Preparation: Prepare food and beverages according to company standards, recipes, and safety guidelines.
- Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms. Follow all sanitation and safety procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and shift leaders to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Cash Handling: Operate point-of-sale systems, handle cash, process payments, and provide correct change.
- Stocking & Inventory: Restock supplies and ingredients as needed. Assist in inventory counts and organization.
- Drive-Thru Operations: Handle drive-thru orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely service.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies, procedures, and dress code standards.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues when necessary to management.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
