RVA Acupuncture provides acupuncture and herbs. We have great hours (no weekends) and work to change people's lives for the better.

Whether or not you've ever considered working in healthcare, this is an entry level position in the wellness field with growth potential. Think you don't qualify? Apply anyway! You must, however, have great references, be fast on your feet, nimble of mind, professional in appearance and word -- and did we mention attention to details?
The basics:
- Assist in patient rooms applying therapeutic modalities and putting a smile in their day.
- One-on-one contact with clients means you represent our values and commitment to excellent service.
- Help clients feel comfortable, explain procedures.
- Help turn over rooms between patients, maintaining excellent levels of cleanliness and organization.
- Keep the clinic humming by maintaining equipment, restocking supplies.
- Be prepared to learn and grow and be inspired.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service (references required)
- Dependable, confident
- Eager to learn new skills
- Articulate, great communicator, puts people at ease
- Organized to a fault, we love neat freaks
- Basic computer skills
- Must work well in a team: we are a no-drama zone.
- Plus (but not a pre-requisite): HIPAA certification
- Comfortable in healthcare/wellness setting. You must have a nurturing soul.
Other opportunities are based on your interest and talents. We are fast-paced but never make our clients feel rushed. Laughter and warmth are encouraged. General hours are Mondays & Wednesdays 1:30-6:30pm; Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:30am-1:30pm. Candidates must work all four shifts. Please -- no students with changeable schedules or short-termers.
