Associate Attorney – Creditors’ Remedies - Onsite/Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN
Do you have 2–5 years of experience in creditors’ remedies, secured creditor representation, bankruptcy, or financial litigation? Are you a licensed Attorney in MN?
THE RIGHT STAFF is assisting our Downtown Minneapolis client with finding their next motivated, detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join its well-recognized Creditors’ Remedies & Bankruptcy team. Ideal candidates have strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and experience representing banks, financial institutions, loan servicers, and secured lenders in financial litigation, collections, and creditor-rights matters.
Essential Job Duties:
Draft pleadings, motions, and all necessary legal documents with precision and accuracy.
Conduct legal research using libraries, databases, and internal resources.
Provide well-founded legal opinions and strategic guidance to clients.
Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case status, updates, and strategy.
Ensure compliance with CLE requirements and all ethical obligations under state Rules of Professional Conduct.
Maintain adherence to firm standards, professional liability guidelines, and quality expectations.
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of experience in creditors’ remedies, secured creditor representation, bankruptcy, financial litigation, or work?out matters.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in written communications and document preparation.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, initiative, and independent judgment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience representing secured lenders, loan servicers, private lenders, banks, or financial institutions.
