What You'll Do
-
Conduct initial assessments for newly identified families and coordinate with admissions and scheduling teams to arrange assessment and re-assessment schedules.

Complete clinical assessments to inform programming based on Applied Behavior Analysis, utilizing tools such as VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS.

Develop and regularly update comprehensive ABA programs for clients, draw on data analysis and assessment results, and implement tools like VB-Mapp, ABLLS, and AFLS.

Perform Functional Behavior Assessments and create Behavior Intervention Plans for assigned clients under licensed supervision in accordance with North Carolina law.

Provide clinical guidance on ABA program implementation to multidisciplinary teams, including instruction on intervention rationale, behavior function, and literature-based validation.
What We're Looking For

Active BCBA certification
-
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field

NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start)

Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills

Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities

Ability to pass a background check
