Teach Young Minds is looking for motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic teachers who are all passionate about their areas of expertise and eager to help students learn. We need teachers who are interested in tutoring students in the subjects of:
- Reading and Spelling Intervention
- Dyslexia intervention
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Certified Teaching Certificate
- Appropriate educational background (current or retired teacher with elementary reading related teaching experience, college graduate with a degree education related field)
- Experience in structured literacy curriculum such as All about Reading and Spelling, Barton Reading and Spelling, UFLI, IEW, etc.
- At least 1 year of experience teaching remotely
- Able to pass a background check
- Excellent organization/planning skills and can function with minimal direction
- Committed, reliable and passionate about working with students with reading struggles and disabilities.
