The Role
We're looking for a Team Lead to guide daily landscape maintenance operations and help ensure every property meets BT Carawan standards.
This role leads a small crew, supports employee development, and helps create a positive, productive work environment.
You'll work alongside your team while setting the example through your attitude, work ethic, and attention to detail.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead a 1-2 person team through daily maintenance tasks
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Train and coach newer team members
- Maintain quality, pace, and professionalism on every property
- Prepare trucks, trailers, and equipment before leaving the shop
- Communicate with Skilled Leads regarding crew needs and job site issues
- Operate commercial landscape equipment safely and efficiently
- Help create a positive and productive team environment
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years of landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
- Confidence operating commercial landscape equipment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Organized and dependable
- Ability to guide and support others
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
