Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses
Smart Drinks is seeking a dependable, motivated, and mechanically inclined individual to join our growing franchise company. This is a unique full-time opportunity combining hands-on mobile beverage van buildouts, office support, and assisting with franchise growth.

Responsibilities-Mobile Van Buildout & Operations
- Assist with the construction and outfitting of Smart Drinks mobile beverage vans.
- Install equipment, shelving, plumbing, electrical components, and accessories.
- Help organize tools, parts, and inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Assist with equipment maintenance and general repairs.
- Help prepare completed vans for delivery to franchise owners.
Office & Franchise Support
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally.
- Contact prospective franchise candidates and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing company documents.
- Help manage inventory and office organization.
- Assist with marketing and social media tasks as needed.

Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
