Seeking energetic and detail-oriented Seasonal housekeeping staff to join our team. You will help make ready a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests . As a Weekend Warrior in the Cleaning World you will be responsible for ensuring all areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for the next arriving guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a positive guest experience while honing your skills in vacation home and condo cleaning.
Saturday is a must with other opportunities for other full days if dependable.

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of vacation homes and condos, to include but not limited to dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Lift and move 35lbs plus many times during the day a must.
- Making beds with provided linens.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas regularly.
- Care for floors through sweeping, mopping and vacuuming techniques to ensure they are sand, hair and dirt free.
- Manage custodial responsibilities including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleaning equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest or resident requests promptly and professionally.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning REQUIRED ; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued
- Hotel housekeeping experience is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning and polishing preferred
- Experience with laundry operations and sanitation procedures is desirable
- Knowledge of housekeeper management practices or supervisory roles in housekeeping is beneficial
- Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
