Our client is looking for a Yard Truck Driver to join their distribution team in Oxnard, CA. This position has a broad spectrum of responsibilities, and depending on the shift, the candidate may be specialized in the gate or yard functions or perform both. Monday to Friday opportunity paying $18.50/hour.
Your Day:
- Manage the flow of trucks through the facility by providing clear directions
- Make sure to the company’s equipment is kept in good condition.
- Provide a secure entrance to the facility.
- Assist in physical inventory of equipment.
- Complete necessary system input and forms deemed appropriate by management.
- Keep the equipment inventory updated and accurate in the system.
- Provide solid customer service to coworkers, supervisors, customers and suppliers via telephone, and email.
About You:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of customer service and/or container or trucking dispatch experience preferred, but not required
- Strong work ethic; goal-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Customer service focused with strong communication skills
- Eager to learn and grow professionally
- Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- $18.50
