CCES provides an engaging learning environment that fosters relationships and prioritizes the needs of the whole child. We are looking for an energetic and dynamic coach with strong communication skills and extensive knowledge of the game. Previous playing and coaching experience is preferred.
Coaching Responsibilities
- Level of involvement is negotiable, but good communication in advance is key to making this work and not creating hardship for the team/coaches
- Help promote team culture and core values, athletic department and school values, through leading and building relationships with student athletes
- Help with practices: M-F, ~4-6pm, and Sat., 7-9am on days with no meet. The season begins August 1 and runs through mid-November.
- Attend meets if possible
Help promote individual and team development consistent with team and school values; mentor students.
