Job Overview:
Monday through Friday 8-6 Possibly less if finished earlier, no weekends, must have experience and be able to start immediately, brand new truck to operate. No training available.
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing and recovering vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to and from various locations, ensuring a safe and secure transportation process.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before towing to identify any potential issues or hazards.
- Load and unload vehicles, taking care to prevent damage to vehicles, equipment, or property.
- Perform basic automotive repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance as needed to ensure the safety and functionality of towed vehicles.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to identify and resolve mechanical issues with tow trucks or other vehicles.
- Provide exceptional customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Manage conflicts or difficult situations in a professional and respectful manner, prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating a tow truck with a manual transmission.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic automotive repairs and diagnostics.
- Experience with commercial driving and the ability to navigate various driving conditions.
- Ability to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance.
- Knowledge of tow truck operation and maintenance.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
