Spot Welder Details:
-
Temp-to-Hire position
-
$20.00 /hour
-
Full Time work available
-
First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 05:45am to 04:30pm)
-
Operate spot welding machines to join sheet metal and metal components.
-
Read and follow work orders, blueprints, specifications, and assembly instructions.
-
Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
-
Perform basic measurements using gauges, rulers, and other inspection tools.
-
Load, position, and secure parts in fixtures and welding equipment.
-
Identify and report equipment issues, material defects, or quality concerns.
-
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety standards.
-
Meet production goals while maintaining quality and accuracy.
-
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
-
Assist in other manufacturing and assembly tasks as needed.
Spot Welder Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED preferred.
-
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or welding experience required.
-
Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and work instructions.
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Basic math and measurement skills.
