Full-Time Maintenance Technician – Mt Morris Highlands Estate
Location: Mt. Morris, MI
Pay: $15.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Maintenance Technician for a 645-site mobile home community in Mt. Morris, Michigan. This position is critical to the success of our community and requires strong maintenance skills, a dependable work ethic, excellent organizational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
Requirements
- Prior maintenance experience in a mobile home community or apartment complex is required.
- Knowledge of:
- Water and sewer line repairs
- Electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Snow removal operations
- Lawn and grounds maintenance
- General plumbing and carpentry
- Experience performing minor repairs and refurbishment work in rental homes.
- Ability to operate:
- Commercial zero-turn mowers
- Landscape maintenance equipment
- Snowplows and tailgate salt spreaders
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to maintain positive resident relations.
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the community.
- Respond to and repair plumbing, electrical, water, and sewer line issues.
- Complete carpentry and refurbishment projects in rental homes.
- Maintain community grounds, including mowing, landscaping, and seasonal cleanup.
- Perform snow plowing and salting during winter weather events.
- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the community.
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- Valid Social Security card required.
