We are looking for an installer who can complete quality work efficiently and reliably. The right candidate should be able to complete a full front coverage package per day and take pride in clean, professional installations.
Qualified installers with the right skill set can earn a consistent $1,500 per week.

What You’ll Do
As a PPF Installer at AP3, you will be responsible for installing paint protection film on customer vehicles using pre-cut templates. You will work on a variety of vehicles and coverage packages, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Install paint protection film using pre-cut templates
- Complete full front coverage packages efficiently and professionally
- Install film on hoods, fenders, bumpers, mirrors, headlights, rockers, doors, and other vehicle panels as needed
- Review work orders and understand the scope of each job
- Work with vehicle preppers to ensure vehicles are ready for installation
- Maintain high standards for alignment, edges, cleanliness, and finish quality
- Identify and communicate any installation concerns or vehicle issues
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and professional
- Follow AP3’s installation standards and shop systems
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who already has real PPF installation experience. The ideal candidate is efficient, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with pre-cut kits.
Experience with XPEL film is a strong plus.

Requirements

Compensation
Qualified installers with the appropriate experience and skill set can earn a consistent $1,500 per week.
