Job Summary
Join our dynamic construction team as a General Construction Worker and be at the forefront of building and maintaining infrastructure projects in the Lancaster area! Duties
- Assist in interpreting and executing construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate project implementation.
- Perform manual handling tasks including lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate power tools and basic equipment for cutting, drilling, and assembling structures according to specifications.
- Most duties include carpentry but we do a wide range of the building process.
Experience
- Prior experience working in residential or commercial construction environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and construction plans accurately.
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and basic equipment repair processes.
- Experience working with power tools, heavy machinery, and climbing at heights is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed instructions precisely.

Pay: $24.49 - $29.49 per hour
