Job Summary
We are looking for a versatile, "all-in-one" professional to oversee the exterior guest experience. This hybrid role combines parking management, groundskeeping, and safety patrols, while serving as a backup shuttle driver. You will be the first face guests see and the person responsible for ensuring our property remains safe, clean, and welcoming 24/7.
Key Responsibilities
Parking & Traffic Management: Monitor the parking lot to ensure all vehicles are authorized and parked efficiently.
- Safety & Security: Conduct regular "eyes-on" patrols of the perimeter. Be the point of contact for safety concerns and ensure the lighting and gates are functioning properly.
- Groundskeeper Duties: Maintain the hotel’s curb appeal. This includes daily trash pickup, sweeping the entrance, and ensuring the grounds are free of debris.
- Backup Shuttle Driver: Provide safe, professional transportation to/from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) when the primary driver is unavailable or during peak hours.
- Guest Service: Proactively assist guests with luggage and provide directions or hotel information with a friendly, "TPG Passion to Serve" attitude.
- Qualifications
License: Must have a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (MVR check required).
- Experience: Previous experience in security, valet/parking, or grounds maintenance is highly preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs (luggage).
- Flexibility: Availability to work the specific shift applied for (AM, PM, or Overnight), including weekends and holidays.
