Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, medical or pharmaceutical sales, or technical sales within the healthcare or dental industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex sales deals.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to deliver compelling product demos.
- Demonstrated account management capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and analysis skills for market research and reporting purposes.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently in outside sales environments while managing multiple accounts effectively.
- Organizational skills necessary for managing schedules, follow-ups, and detailed documentation.
