Journeyman Electrician Requirements:
- Licensed / Journeyman Electrician in Iowa required
- Valid driver's license with a clean MVR required
- Own basic tools required
- Solar installation experience preferred
- OSHA training preferred

Journeyman Electrician Responsibilities:
- Meet at the shop each morning to load materials and travel to commercial job sites across Iowa to complete solar electrical installations
- Install conduit, wiring, panels, and electrical equipment for commercial solar projects while ensuring work meets NEC standards and safety requirements
- Collaborate with a Master Electrician and Journeyman Electrician to complete projects efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality workmanship
- Support residential generator installations as needed, though the primary focus is commercial solar projects
- Follow OSHA and company safety procedures while working in a fast-paced, field-based environment with consistent travel throughout Iowa
