We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Support Specialist with a minimum of two years' experience, troubleshooting/maintaining/implementing servers, workstations, and network architecture, to join our technology team as soon as possible!

Qualifications and Skills
- Windows servers (installation/maintenance experience a plus), including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Routers/WAPs/Switches (WatchGuard, Netgear, Aruba)
- Microsoft 365 Partner Administration and Use
- Cybersecurity understanding and knowledge
- Ability to manage tickets using ConnectWise PSA and ASIO
- Fluency in performing hardware, software, networking, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Desktop support and implementation for Windows 10 and up, Mac OSX
- Working knowledge of VPN, VLAN, firewalls, security, and network.
- Highly self-motivated, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail are REQUIRED
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills (both verbal and written) are REQUIRED
- A valid New Jersey driver's license and a reliable car are required.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently troubleshoot issues and aid clients with incoming requests, examples being: workstations, servers, printers, email, and backup; networking infrastructure (routers, WAPs, switches, etc.); cybersecurity issues.
- Learn/manage/excel with client Microsoft 365 environments and apply best security practices
- Manage tickets, configurations, and client records using ConnectWise PSA and ASIO
- Occasional travel to client sites within a 20-30-mile radius (expenses paid).

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
