Position Summary
The Senior Full Stack Cloud & Data Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable cloud-native applications, with a strong emphasis on data analytics and AWS-based services. This role supports complex mission-critical systems and requires the ability to translate business processes into effective technical solutions.
Job Responsibilities

Design and develop full stack applications using React and Node.js

Build and maintain cloud-native solutions utilizing AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, Kinesis)

Develop and optimize SQL-based data solutions and analytics capabilities

Analyze complex business processes and align system functionality to mission needs

Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations

Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and technical capabilities
Required Education/Certification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience with React development

Minimum 5 years of experience with Node.js development

Minimum 3 years of experience with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, Kinesis)

Minimum 3 years of experience with SQL and data analytics

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently research and resolve issues

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt to new technologies
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Single Page Applications (SPA) and related libraries

Experience with Agile and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, CloudBees, React Testing Library, Jest)

Experience with relational databases and DynamoDB
Required Clearance

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
