Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dependable Shuttle Driver/Service Porter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for transporting guests and dealership staff safely around the property, assisting with vehicle movement, and providing excellent customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure a smooth, positive experience for everyone you serve.
As a Service Porter/Shuttle Driver, you’ll play a key role in our daily operations by safely transporting customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, interacting with people, and being part of a team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport customers to and from Don “K” Whitefish
- Provide friendly, professional customer service always
1. Maintain a low volume on the radio
2. Maintain professional conversation and conduct
- Maintain a clean and presentable shuttle vehicle
- Sweep and Clean Service Drive
- Assist with light dealership tasks as needed between shuttle runs
1. Post Office pick-up and drop off
2. Filing/Scanning
3. Costco, Glacier Wholesale and Grocery store runs
4. Fast Signs and Glacier Clothing pick-up and drop off
- Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety policies
- Able to lift up to 50 lb.
- Brooming off vehicles/Lot maintenance
- Bending, Twisting and in/out of vehicles of varying heights (trucks, jeeps, etc.)
- Moving vehicles (of varying models) on the lot to their designated areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Schedule
- Full-time position (possible PT available-see management)
