Key Responsibilities of an Entry Level Account Manager:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, proactive support.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by promptly addressing needs and resolving concerns.
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities that align with customer goals.
- Manage contract renewals and account updates to drive long-term retention.
- Collaborate with sales, support, and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Use CRM systems, client feedback, and performance data to strengthen account strategies and improve retention.
