The Opportunity
This is a sales consultant role built for someone who is competitive, coachable, and cares about doing right by the people they work with.
You’ll be trained on our full sales process: from first contact through estimate to close. You’ll work company-provided leads AND develop your own.
What You’ll Actually Do
- Handle warm, company-provided leads for residential and commercial painting estimates
- Run in-home, on-site estimates.
- Develop your own leads through door-knocking, referrals, and community outreach
- Follow a clear, structured sales process with KPIs you can track in real time
- Participate in weekly team training, coaching, and 1:1 development sessions
- Represent Kent Painting the right way — honest, professional, and customer-first
Compensation
Reliable: Bi-weekly draw against your commission, providing a steady base rate of pay as an advance against earned commissions.
6% Commission on all closed revenue from company-provided.
9% Commission on all closed revenue from leads you self-generate.
Earnings potential Uncapped. Your effort directly drives your income.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
