Position Overview:
As an Insurance Sales and Service Representative, you will support the agency’s growth by providing expert guidance, tailored insurance recommendations, and excellent customer service. You will play a key role in helping our clients manage risk and recover from the unexpected.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients through phone, email, and in-person communication

- Quote, sell, and service Auto, Home, Renters, Condo, and Business policies
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products
Assist with billing questions, policy changes, and claims support

Maintain accurate records and follow up on leads and opportunities

Achieve sales and service goals set by the agency

Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Property & Casualty Insurance License (Able to obtain)
✅ Insurance agency experience (preferred but not needed)
✅ Sales-minded with a customer-first attitude
✅ Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Thai, Vietnamese, Burmese) a plus
✅ Strong communication and organization skills
✅ Comfortable with technology, multitasking, and CRM systems
✅ Reliable, professional, and goal-driven
