Growing CPA firm with multiple locations is currently seeking Experienced Accountant to work with clients throughout US.
This individual will be responsible for various functions which may include but are not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Monthly write-up work for multiple clients
- Coordinating the month end close process with clients
- Cash flow forecasting for clients
- Preparing monthly and quarterly sales and use tax returns
- Preparing annual 1099's for clients
- Preparation for (live and after-the-fact) Payrolls and Payroll compliance
- Preparation of Individual and Business Tax Returns
- Research and generate responses to tax notices
- Qualifications include:
- 5+years experience of prior experience and CPA/EA preferred
- Experience with various tax and accounting software programs
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent people skills
- High self-motivation and strong organization skills
- Team player and positive attitude
