We manage a growing and diverse fleet that includes economy vehicles, SUVs, electric vehicles, and premium vehicles. We are hiring two dependable Part-Time Vehicle Host Specialists to assist with daily rental operations, airport service, vehicle preparation, and fleet support.
This is not simply a driving position. Vehicle Host Specialists play an important role in protecting our fleet, preparing vehicles for guests, documenting vehicle condition, and delivering a professional rental experience.

Position Summary
The Vehicle Host Specialist is responsible for preparing, inspecting, delivering, retrieving, cleaning, charging, fueling, and documenting rental vehicles.
Assignments may include service at our Norfolk fleet location, Norfolk International Airport (ORF), local maintenance facilities, charging stations, and other approved locations throughout Hampton Roads.
The schedule is flexible and based on reservations, vehicle returns, airport activity, and operational demand.

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver and retrieve rental vehicles throughout Hampton Roads
- Complete vehicle deliveries and returns at Norfolk International Airport (ORF)
- Perform Trip Start and Trip Return vehicle inspections
- Photograph and document vehicle condition accurately
- Clean and prepare vehicles according to company standards
- Check fuel levels, battery charge, mileage, tires, warning lights, and overall vehicle condition
- Fuel gasoline vehicles and charge electric vehicles
- Transport vehicles to maintenance, repair, tire, inspection, or dealership appointments
- Report damage, cleanliness concerns, maintenance issues, and lost property immediately
- Complete assigned Google Forms, photographs, and operational reports
- Communicate professionally with guests and the SCANDi Luxe Operations Team
- Safely operate company vehicles and protect company property
- Ensure each assigned vehicle is clean, documented, and rent-ready

Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Dependable transportation to and from the Norfolk fleet location
- Comfortable driving different types of vehicles, including electric vehicles
- Ability to use a smartphone, Google Forms, navigation apps, and vehicle-access applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to follow written procedures and complete assignments independently
- Reliable, punctual, and responsive to operational communications
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to bend, reach, vacuum, clean vehicles, and lift approximately 25–40 pounds

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in vehicle rentals, hospitality, customer service, logistics, fleet operations, detailing, transportation, or ride-sharing
- Familiarity with Norfolk International Airport
- Experience operating Tesla or other electric vehicles
- Flexible morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability
Experience is preferred but not required. Paid training is provided.

- Morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday assignments may be available
- Hours are not guaranteed and may vary from week to week
