About Your Role
The Field Project Coordinator supports the project management team with the on-site planning, coordination, and execution of a single assigned project. Based full-time at the project site, this role helps ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by coordinating field activities, tracking on-site progress, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among the site team, project management, subcontractors, vendors, and the client.
What You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)
- Support the project management team with daily on-site project execution and coordination.
- Coordinate daily field activities and assist in maintaining the project schedule and milestones.
- Track on-site progress, log daily reports, and update project management tools.
- Track material deliveries, equipment, and resource allocation on site.
- Prepare and distribute daily and weekly status reports and project documentation to the office team.
- Serve as the on-site point of contact between the field team, project management, subcontractors, vendors, and the client.
- Support site safety, access, and compliance coordination in line with client and DAF requirements.
- Identify and escalate potential on-site risks, delays, or issues to project management.
- Maintain organized on-site records, contracts, submittals, and project files.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, active construction or data center site environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office or similar platforms.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
- Willingness to be based full-time at the assigned project site, with travel or relocation as required for the duration of the project.
- Ability to work on an active job site, including standing, walking, and navigating site conditions, and to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Pay: $75,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
